What is your standard turn time?
A. Our standard turn time is 7-10 working days.
Q. Can I get my job done faster?
A. Yes, 5 day rush service is available for a %25 upcharge.
Q. Will your gift cards work with my software?
A. Yes, our cards are compatible with all POS software providers.
Q. All I have is a logo, can you design my card?
A. Yes, we can do that for you. We will also send you a cleaned up version of
your logo if applicable.
Q. What is the preferred file type for my artwork ?
A. Adobe Illustrator, or an .eps with type converted to outlines.
Q. Can you do fullfillment, affixing for mailings?
A. Yes we can.
Q. When will my order be charged ?
A. Your card will not be charged until your cards are ready to ship.
Q. Will you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
A. Yes, we will also keep your plates on file so you are not incurred a setup fee for reorders.
Q. Is white considered a color?
A. White is only considered a color on colored and clear and frosted stock.
Q. Do you have colored clear cards?
A. No, but we can flood the clear card with a tint of a color and it will look like a translucent colored card.
Q. Why do you need fonts sent if I sent a PDF?
A. When your artwork is sent to our preflighting software, if fonts are not included (or created to outlines) it will cause an error. The preflighting software pulls the vector data out of your PDF and therefore needs the font files. If you aren't sure how to create your type to outlines give our art department a call and they will be happy to help you out. It is a simple process and only takes 10-20 seconds to perform.
Q. Will I get to see a proof?
A. 1 to 2 business days after your artwork has been requested or submitted your sales rep will send you a link to an online proof.
